Title:  Marketplace Box Office Assistant

Date and Time:                 May 16-18, 2017

Shifts Available:               9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

                                         2:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Location:                        Metro Toronto Convention Centre, North Building

                                               

 

 

What you need to know:

Volunteers will report to a Habitat staff member and assist in the purchase, printing and scanning of event tickets.  You will be greeting and directing attendees, as necessary, at the venue.

Important:  You will be required to be available for event training one to two weeks prior to May 16, 2017 at the Toronto office (155 Bermondsey Road, Toronto). The date and time for the training is to be determined however, it will be between Monday to Friday, 9:00-4:00pm for a couple hours. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Comfortable using a card reader with an iPad for ticket payment(s).
  • Printing tickets on site using a stock ticket printer
  • Basic math skills for handling cash.
  • Exceptional customer service

  • Lunch will be provided for the early shift. Dinner will be provided for the evening shift.

  • Parking will be reimbursed for the duration of your shift.
