volunteer on a build site
we need your hands and hearts to help us build homes!
Whether you’re an individual, a small group of fewer than five people, or a corporate or community group of more than five, we offer rewarding volunteer opportunities that fit your schedule, interests and abilities.
Habitat for Humanity GTA has several build sites across the Greater Toronto Area – all with public transit access. There’s no previous experience required and all of the equipment, training and safety gear you need for the day is provided!
what to expect on your build day
A typical build day starts at 8:00 a.m. sharp with orientation, safety gear fitting and training, and ends at 4:00 p.m with clean up.
