Meaning of Home Banner

Since 2007, students from across Canada have shared what home means to them through the Meaning of Home writing contest. This year, students from Grades 4, 5 and 6 submitted over 12,000 poems and essays sharing all the ways home is where the heart is. Together, students raised over $302,000 for Habitat for Humanity organizations across Canada. Students from across the GTA let their creativity shine with over 1,200 submissions, raising over $60,000 for homebuilding in their local region.
