A. Your selection from the gift catalogue is a cash donation to Habitat for Humanity GTA and will be applied to funding construction of homes in communities across the Greater Toronto Area (Toronto, Brampton, Caledon, York and Durham Regions). As a priority, HFHGTA will use the donated funds to buy building materials, but might also direct them towards other costs for homebuilding construction when it is needed most.
A. Yes. Donations made online will be receipted within 2-4 weeks via email. Please check your Junk or Spam folders if you do not see this email in your Inbox.

Habitat GTA’s Gifts of Home Catalogue offers symbolic gifts that will be used towards the costs of homebuilding. When you purchase gifts from the catalogue, you are empowering families across the region with the security, stability and safety that comes from an affordable home.

Your symbolic gift is an investment in strengthening your community and changing the future for families. A tax receipt will be issued for minimum donations of $20.
